What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Manager / Brand Ambassador Manager, you’ll be the leader of guest experience and the emotional culture of the restaurant. This isn’t just about managing service — it’s about shaping how every guest feels when they walk through our doors.

You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every interaction delivers on our core experience promises: Feel Special. Feel Valued. Feel Joy Always.

You’ll:

Lead and Develop the Brand Ambassador Team

  • Recruit, train, and coach Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service

  • Set clear expectations for performance and behaviour

  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, feedback sessions, and development plans

  • Role model energetic, professional, guest-first behaviour on every shift

  • Build confidence, resilience, and pride within the team

Own the Guest Experience Strategy

  • Create a service culture where every guest feels noticed within 5 seconds

  • Set clear engagement routines and service standards

  • Monitor guest feedback and turn insights into action

  • Identify patterns in complaints and coach the team to improve

  • Ensure service excellence during both peak and quieter trading periods

Lead Guest Service Management

  • Act as the escalation point for guest concerns

  • Protect the emotional tone of the restaurant at all times

Maintain Energy Under Pressure

  • Stay calm and decisive during high-volume trading

  • Support the wider management team during busy periods

  • Maintain service standards even when operational pressures increase

  • Model confident communication and positive leadership on the floor

Protect and Elevate the Brand

  • Ensure Brand Ambassadors represent Popeyes values consistently

  • Drive visible service and brand standards in the restaurant

  • Maintain professionalism and emotional intelligence at all times

  • Act as a culture champion within the management team


What You’ll Bring

  • A natural passion for people and guest experience

  • Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing environment

  • Strong coaching and performance management skills

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution ability

  • Confidence to lead visibly on the restaurant floor

  • Calm, composed leadership in fast-paced environments

  • A drive to build positive team culture and joyful guest moments

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurant management

  • Experience leading service excellence or guest experience initiatives

  • A track record of improving guest satisfaction scores
