Popeyes is growing fast, and we are on the hunt for a Supply Chain Assistant to help keep our restaurants stocked, supported and set up for success.
As our Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a crucial role within the Commercial Team, supporting the delivery of a successful supply chain across our growing restaurant estate. You’ll be the first point of call for resolving site delivery and service issues, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and distributors to ensure our restaurant operations run smoothly.
This role would be ideal for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their career who is eager to build experience in supply chain or procurement. The role sits within the Commercial Team and is based in Ealing Broadway with a minimum of three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do here:
• Manage restaurant product and service requests, ensuring queries are resolved accurately and in a timely manner
• Be a key point of contact for site delivery and service issues, helping to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Operations, suppliers, distributors and service providers
• Communicate clearly and accurately with internal teams and external partners
• Support new restaurant openings, ensuring sites are set up for success from a procurement and supply chain perspective
• Help coordinate supply chain activity in line with our ambitious restaurant opening plan
• Support the team in managing suppliers and distributors, helping to mitigate supply interruptions and maintain product availability
• Assist with new supplier and product launches
• Work on projects that support business growth and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain function
What we’re looking for:
• A recent graduate or someone with early experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams
• Able to stay calm and organised under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint would be a plus
