People Advisor

Popeyes has landed in Belfast and is coming to Dublin, and we are on the hunt for a People Advisor to support our exciting growth across Ireland.

As the People Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting Popeyes’ expansion across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, helping to drive the successful launch and growth of our brand while ensuring strong people practices are in place across our restaurants. You’ll work closely with Operations and restaurant leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams and create a positive culture where people can thrive.

If you’re an experienced HR professional with a background in QSR, hospitality or another fast-paced multi-site environment, a strong track record in employee relations and talent development, and a passion for creating brilliant team experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do here:

• Partner with Operations and restaurant leaders to support recruitment, succession planning and team engagement
• Champion culture and retention initiatives that help create happy, high-performing teams
• Support performance management and talent development activity across the business
• Work closely with Learning & Development to identify capability gaps and support continuous learning
• Provide employee relations support and help ensure policies, procedures and employment law are applied fairly and consistently
• Use people data and insight to identify trends and support continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a People/HR role within hospitality or another fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Strong employee relations experience and a good understanding of HR best practice and employment law
• Experience supporting people strategy, talent development and engagement initiatives
• Confident using HR systems and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• CIPD qualification, or working towards it, would be an advantage
